Shipping times
Orders stored in one of our warehouses will take 3-10 business days to arrive. For products that come from our international warehouses, arrival may take between 7 and 20 business days, depending on where you live.Our warehouses are strategically located in the USA, Shenzhen and Mexico. Market Moda can serve a wide range of customers around the world.Our warehouses have a wide selection of products, however, in case the warehouse closest to you is out of stock, we ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen. This ensures that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, regardless of their location. Please also note that if the item you purchased is pre-sale, it may take longer to arrive to your door due to a make-to-order schedule. Most pre-sale products take approximately 45 business days to ship. Please note that if we have orders pending production, we will contact you with your queued order. Our products are in demand and we are a small production team. We do not skimp on production quality.

Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over $100. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat fee of $12.95. Please note that heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges which apply per product. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

Return policy
Shopping for items at Market Moda should be fun, so don't be afraid to make changes. If an item is not perfect for you, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Refunds on items made to order, and Market Moda Exclusives, are exclusively entitled to store credit. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs which Shopify does not reimburse us if we process a cancellation. You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Market Moda does not cover the cost of return shipping With the exception of some Products that may come with a manufacturing defect. As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will begin processing it, which will take 2-3 business days. Please contact us using the contact form on the side to initiate a return! :)
Damaged or defective items
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will send you a new item once we confirm the item was defective. If you must return the item, shipping costs will be at our expense. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. Please be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.
Return Guidelines
Our returns team will be able to direct you to the nearest location to send your return. We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the product. If you can include a tracking number for the return package, it will be easier for us to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible. We do not cover return shipping costs. Return times depend on how soon you can ship the products and when we receive them.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as we have not sent the product for processing, we can cancel the order. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing costs. Shopify does not refund these fees to us if we process a cancellation. Once production has started, it is not possible to cancel made-to-order items. This policy applies to a variety of products, such as wall panels, furniture, moss art, and any other items that are created specifically for a customer's order. Our team is small and invests a significant amount of time and resources into producing and sourcing these items, making it difficult to cancel orders once production has begun. We often ship items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the quicker you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we will be able to do so.
